Learning quality in combined and part-time forms of learning depends on the quality of prepared learning documents, organization of learning management, and other factors, being discussed in this paper. Hence the passing rate depends predominantly in the quality of education. Paper describes the model of part-time form of learning solving the need of increased quality.
