A unique property of holograms is that the original image may be reconstructed from any of the hologram portions as a "blurred" image, and the "blurreness" depends only on the size and the number of the portions. Some possibilities of using this useful feature of holography( "Computer Generated Holography", in particular) for encoding of digital data (arrays), that is obtaining of partial information on data from any part of the coded information, have been studied. This approach is based on some features of the Walsh-Hadamard orthogonal codes, that extend existing holographic approaches to digital arrays (files) in arbitrary binary formats, aimed for both transmission and storage. We propose randomizing the data so that the coefficients of the Walsh-Hadamard code will be distributed approximately normally in order to ensure, with high probability, a monotonic gain of information. This approach thanks to such randomizing of the original file, is robust enough to loss part of the Walsh-Hadamard coefficients Possible connections with holographic properties of neuronal networks will be also considered.
