Log-activity of thyroid gland, as a function of time, after administration of radioactive 131I is modelled by a linear regression model with 3 parameters and normal noise. Hard prior constraints are applied for unknown parameters and another prior information is obtained from archive data. Bayesian identification is presented together with algorithm for calculation of empirical distribution of activity time integral, proportional to absorbed dose. Influence of prior information on prediction abilities of the identified model is shown.
