For each model class a solution to parameter estimation  and model data synthesis is outlined. Finally  an overview of the  strengths and weaknesses of studied multi-dimensional data model  groups is given.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Tato kapitola vysvětluje obecné přístupy k některým aplikacím rozpoznávání dat založené na modelech. Součástí je i stručný popis tří základních tříd vícerozměrných datových modelů. Pro každou třídu modelů je popsán odhad parametrů a syntéza modelových dat.
