The extension of Haralick 2D texture feature to the 3D domain was studied. Calculation of separate co-occurrence matrix for each voxel in the 3D image is performed.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Prezentována je metoda pro segmentaci 3D CT obrazů, pro texturní segmentaci orgánů nebo diagnózu nemocí založenou na texturách. Bylo studováno rozšíření Haralickových 2D texturních příznaků na 3D obrázky.
