Hard prior constraints are applied for unknown parameters and another prior information is obtained from archive data. Bayesian identification is presented together with algorithm for calculation of empirical distribution of activity time integral, proportional to absorbed dose. Influence of prior information on prediction abilities of the identified model is shown.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Časový průběh logaritmu aktivity štítné žlázy po podání radioaktivního jódu 131I je modelován lineárním regresním modelem se třemi parametry a normálním šumem. Na neznámé parametry jsou kladena tvrdá apriorní omezení a další apriorní informace je získána z archivních dat. Je popsána bayesovská identifikace modelu a algoritmus pro výpočet empirického rozdělení časového integrálu aktivity, který je úměrný absorbované dávce.
