The role of information in  decision errors and  decision risk is clarified. The ROC curve for clinical statistical tests is discussed and information bounds for this curve and for decision errors are established and graphically illustrated.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Zavedeny jsou informační modely a míry informace v klinickém rozhodování. Je objasněn vztah mezi informací a dosažitelnými hladinami rozhodovacích rizik a chyb včetně grafického znázornění mezních hladin.
