In the absence of state constraints, we derive sharp stationarity conditions, provided the strong regularity condition holds. In the second part of the paper we suggest an exact penalization of state constraints and test the behavior of standard bundle trust region algorithm on academic examples
<reportyear>2010</reportyear> <RIV>BA</RIV> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0183548</permalink> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-f">0.560</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-g">0</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-h">9</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-i">0.00128</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-j">0.255</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-k">415</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-l">14</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-q">23</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-s">0.301</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-y">22.43</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-x">0.46</unknown> <arlyear>2009</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0252595 Control and Cybernetics 0324-8569 Roč. 38 4B 2009 1557 1574 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
