It is mainly a reaction to the works of Zhang et al. and Chen et al., recently published in these Transactions. We present a generalmethod on how to construct blur invariants from arbitrary moments and show that it is no longer necessary to separately derive the invariants for each polynomial basis. We show how to discard dependent terms in blur invariants definition and discuss a proper implementation of the invariants in orthogonal bases using recurrent relations. An example for Legendre moments is given.
<reportyear>2012</reportyear> <RIV>JD</RIV> <num_of_auth>2</num_of_auth> <unknown tag="mrcbC52"> 4 A 4a 20231122134816.1 </unknown> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0203017</permalink> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-e">COMPUTERSCIENCEARTIFICIALINTELLIGENCE|ENGINEERINGELECTRICALELECTRONIC</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-f">3.770</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-g">0.378</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-h">7.3</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-i">0.03717</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-j">1.61</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-k">12063</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-l">296</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-q">156</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-s">1.516</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-y">34.77</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-x">4.83</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-4">Q1</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-B">94.768</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-C">92.107</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-D">Q1*</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-E">Q2</unknown> <arlyear>2011</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbTft"> Soubory v repozitáři: flusser-0368768.pdf </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU14"> 82055208501 SCOPUS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 000297340300025 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0253235 IEEE Transactions on Image Processing 1057-7149 1941-0042 Roč. 20 č. 12 2011 3606 3611 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
