However, there exist no generally accepted criteria along which these rules can be compared. In this paper we concentrate to three of them (Dempster's conditioning rule, focusing and the approach based on lower and upper envelopes of sets of conditional probabilities) to study their mutual relationship. A new conditional rule for variables is presented afterwards and its correctness is proven.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0274515</ARLID> <name>Czech-Japan Seminar on Data Analysis and Decision Making under Uncertainty /14./</name> <place>Hejnice</place> <dates>18.09.2011-21.09.2011</dates> <country>CZ</country> </action> <reportyear>2012</reportyear> <RIV>BA</RIV> <num_of_auth>1</num_of_auth> <presentation_type> PR </presentation_type> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0204302</permalink> <arlyear>2011</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0370513 Proceedings of the 14th Czech-Japan Seminar on Data Analysis and Decision Making under Uncertainty 978-80-7378-179-8 132 139 Praha matfyzpress 2011 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU67"> Barták Roman 340 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
