Arbitrary probability distributions of measurements are theoretically acceptable to produce correct probability distributions of estimated parameters and adjusted measurements. The presented approach offers unique and clear insight into different adjustment and estimation techniques, namely nonlinear estimation, collocation, robust estimation and integer estimation of ambiguities in GPS.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0212756</ARLID> <name>International Symposium on Robust Statistics and Fuzzy Techniques in Geodesy and GIS /1./</name> <place>Zürich</place> <country>CH</country> <dates>12.03.2001-16.03.2001</dates> </action> <RIV>BB</RIV> <department>ZOI</department> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0130645</permalink> <ID_orig>UTIA-B 20010025</ID_orig> <arlyear>2001</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> 2001 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> Zürich Swiss Federal Institute of Technology </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU12"> 3-906467-29-5 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> First International Symposium on Robust Statistics and Fuzzy Techniques in Geodesy and GIS 47 51 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU67"> Carosio A. 340 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU67"> Kutterer H. 340 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
