We introduce a new class of features invariant simultaneously to blurring with a centrosymmetric PSF and to affine transformation. As we prove in the contribution, they can be constructed by combining affine moment invariants and blur invariants derived earlier.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0212802</ARLID> <name>CAIP 2001</name> <place>Warsaw</place> <country>PL</country> <dates>05.09.2001-07.09.2001</dates> </action> <RIV>JD</RIV> <department>ZOI</department> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0130708</permalink> <ID_orig>UTIA-B 20010088</ID_orig> <arlyear>2001</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> 2001 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> Berlin Springer </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU12"> 3-540-42513-6 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> Computer Analysis of Images and Patterns.
