A system of the first order nonlinear differential equations where a feedback is controlled by a capital/output ratio parameter is considered. The influence of the parameter changes on a macroeconomic stability is analyzed. A convergence of this economic system either to stable state, or limit cycle, or chaotic state is demonstrated.
