Pixels in the vicinity of steep discontinuities are left unrestored to minimize restoration blurring effect. The degraded image is assumed to follow a causal simultaneous multidimensional regressive model and the point-spread function is estimated using the local least-square estimate.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0212926</ARLID> <name>Joint IAPR International Workshops SSPR 2002 and SPR 2002</name> <place>Windsor</place> <country>CA</country> <dates>06.08.2002-09.08.2002</dates> </action> <RIV>BD</RIV> <department>RO</department> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0130934</permalink> <ID_orig>UTIA-B 20020061</ID_orig> <arlyear>2002</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> 2002 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU10"> Berlin Springer </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU12"> 3-540-44011-9 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> Structural, Syntactic, and Statistical Pattern Recognition.
