These conditions are given in terms of both unstructured and block structured complementary matrices for general expansion/contraction transformation matrices. They are further specialized for a partricular class of transformation matrices. The cases of expandability and extensions are included as two important cases of the Inclusion Principle.
<RIV>BC</RIV> <department>AS</department> <unknown tag="mrcbC52"> 4 O 4o 20231122133524.6 </unknown> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0131174</permalink> <ID_orig>UTIA-B 20030074</ID_orig> <arlyear>2003</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbTft"> Soubory v repozitáři: 0411087.pdf </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0297163 Kybernetika 0023-5954 Roč. 39 č. 3 2003 369 385 Ústav teorie informace a automatizace AV ČR, v. v. i. </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
