They are composed of complex moments of the image and their invariance to rotation is achieved by multiplicative phase cancellation. Unlike earlier moment invariants they explicitly consider the degree of symmetry of the objects. Thanks to this, they do not vanish on symmetric objects and are able to recognize them.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Je představen nový druh rotačních momentových invarintů pro rozpoznávání symetrických objektů. Jsou sestaveny z komplexních momentů a jejich invariance k rotaci je dosaženo rušením fázového posunu při násobení. Na rozdíl od dřívějších momentových invariantů berou v úvahu stupeň symetrie objektů.
