In cardinal approach special attention is paid to distance based aggregation. In ordinal approach, RET operators are recalled. Weighting functions fitting to Pareto ordering of alternatives are discussed. Limit approach to comparison of weighted alternatives is included.</abstract> <abstract language="cze" primary="0">Rozoberáme rôzne typy implementácie váh do multikriteriálnych rozhodovacích procedúr. V kardinálnom prístupe sa venujeme najmä agregácii založenej na vzdialenosti. V ordinálnom prístupe sa venujeme RET-operátorom.
