In the proposed scheme, to show the invertibility of the moment equation in a  closed form, we establish a relationship between the moments of the degraded image  and the moments of the original image and the Gaussian PSF. The proposed inverted  formula paves the way to reconstruct the original image using the Stirling numbers of  the first kind.
