The design is based on sum-of- squares through construction of suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. As the resulting problem is not convex, an iterative formula is proposed to obtain the solution. Estimates of obser- vation error are derived, the usage of the method is illustrated by an example.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0304838</ARLID> <name>The 2014 11th IEEE International International Conference on Control &amp; Automation (ICCA)</name> <place>Taichung</place> <dates>18.06.2014-20.06.2014</dates> <country>TW</country> </action> <reportyear>2015</reportyear> <RIV>BC</RIV> <num_of_auth>1</num_of_auth> <presentation_type> PR </presentation_type> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0235877</permalink> <confidential>S</confidential> <arlyear>2014</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 000346501200082 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU56"> textový dokument 121 kB </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0429920 Proceedings of the 2014 11th IEEE International Conference on Control &amp; Automation (ICCA) 978-1-4799-2836-1 479 484 Taichung IEEE 2014 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
