Účelem knihovny je poskytnout metody pro lokalizaci bunečných jader a hybridizačnách signálů, obsažených ve snímcích, získaných pomocí fluorescenčního mikroskopu, a vyhodnotit základní desckriptory tvaru a statistické parametry intenzity těchto objektů. Software využívá OpenCV knihovnu pro zpracování obrazu.</abstract> <abstract language="eng" primary="0">The GenExLib C++ library is a software library for analysis of FISH microscopy images. The purpose of this library is to provide methods for localization of cell nuclei and hybridization signals contained in the images acquired with fluorescence microscope and to evaluate their shape descriptors and intensity statistics.
