We provide several simple models for bidding on day-ahead energy markets, which take into account the uncertainty. The obtained optimal bids and bidding curve are based not only on the point prediction, but also on the forecasted distribution of generated energy. We relate the resulting problems to two-stage stochastic programs with simple recourse.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0328627</ARLID> <name>International Scientific Conference Financial management of firms and financial institutions Ostrava 2015 /10./</name> <dates>07.09.2015-08.09.2015</dates> <place>Ostrava</place> <country>CZ</country> </action> <RIV>BB</RIV> <reportyear>2016</reportyear> <num_of_auth>1</num_of_auth> <presentation_type> PR </presentation_type> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0257712</permalink> <confidential>S</confidential> <arlyear>2015</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 000376799500014 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0457023 Proceedings of 10th International Scientific Conference Financial management of firms and financial institutions Ostrava Part I. 978-80-248-3865-6 124 128 Ostrava VŠB-Technická univerzita Ostrava 2015 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
