Uživatel má volbu řezu zobrazení, definovanou oblastí jeho zájmu. Uživatelské rozhraní je motivované standardy práce s 3D daty z tomografů. Samozřejmostí je export dat pro další použití.</abstract>  <abstract language="eng" primary="0">Module SONO enables visualization of acquired data in the 3D mode. It gives better chance to understand structures and conditions of an analyzed tissue. The user can choose the type of visualization, defined by his region of interest. The user interface is influenced by a workflow used in 3D tomograph data analysis.
