[1] that proposed a novel tool for chemometric analysis of three-dimensional spectra using Tchebichef-Hermite image moment method. We show that the proposed combined moments are not stable since the Tchebichef polynomials have a discrete instinct and Hermite polynomials are continuous. We use Gauss-Hermite quadrature to discretize continuous Hermite polynomials. A correct use of the discrete Hermite moments (DHMs) for numerical experiments is presented.
<RIV>JD</RIV> <FORD0>20000</FORD0> <FORD1>20200</FORD1> <FORD2>20205</FORD2> <reportyear>2019</reportyear> <num_of_auth>2</num_of_auth> <unknown tag="mrcbC52"> 4 A hod 4ah 20231122143141.2 </unknown> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0283620</permalink> <cooperation> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0295073</ARLID> <name>Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze</name> <institution>VŠE</institution> <country>CZ</country> </cooperation> <unknown tag="mrcbC64"> 1 Department of Image Processing UTIA-B 10200 COMPUTER SCIENCE, THEORY &amp; METHODS </unknown> <confidential>S</confidential> <unknown tag="mrcbC86"> 3+4 Article Automation Control Systems|Chemistry Analytical|Computer Science Artificial Intelligence|Instruments Instrumentation|Mathematics Interdisciplinary Applications|Statistics Probability </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-e">MATHEMATICS.INTERDISCIPLINARYAPPLICATIONS|INSTRUMENTS&amp;INSTRUMENTATION|CHEMISTRY.ANALYTICAL|STATISTICS&amp;PROBABILITY|AUTOMATION&amp;CONTROLSYSTEMS|COMPUTERSCIENCE.ARTIFICIALINTELLIGENCE</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-f">2.991</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-g">0.57</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-h">10.8</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-i">0.00816</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-j">0.652</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-k">9266</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-s">0.742</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-5">2.525</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-6">172</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-7">Q1</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-B">50.244</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-C">71.8</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-D">Q2</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-E">Q2</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-M">1.06</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-N">Q1</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-P">91.463</unknown> <arlyear>2018</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbTft"> Soubory v repozitáři: honarvar-0489147.pdf </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU14"> 85046029413 SCOPUS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU24"> PUBMED </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 000434752600010 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0256394 Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems 0169-7439 1873-3239 Roč. 177 č. 1 2018 83 88 Elsevier </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
