Time delays are present in the synchronization scheme. The delays are different for each node. It is shown that, in this case, the synchronization cannot be done perfectly, rather a steady error appears. An algorithm based on the H-inf control is proposed to find a bound on this steady error. It is formulated by means of linear matrix inequalities.
