V závěru práce je podán přehled nalezených knihoven prozpracovánı́ hyperspektrálnı́ho obrazu v jazycı́ch Matlab a Python. </abstract>  <abstract language="eng" primary="0">This report presents brief overview of multispectral and hyperspectral image acquisition methods, of applications of hyperspectral imaging and of basic methods of hyperspectral image processing.
