This paper offers an advanced methodology that facilitates and accelerates the demanding modelling process in the calm region. The modelling simulates continuous, quite volatile, radioactive releases under strong variations of the atmospheric conditions by a chain of discrete Gaussian pulses. The novel processing provides a simple and sufficiently precise estimate of statistical properties the final “super-puff” distribution of the Gaussian type. The approximation is based on Bayes’ paradigm (AB). The numerical experiments confirm the acceptability of the AB procedure under the inspected circumstances. The proposed way converts the laborious modelling of radiological fields into a feasible one.
<result_subspec>WOS</result_subspec> <RIV>BD</RIV> <FORD0>10000</FORD0> <FORD1>10200</FORD1> <FORD2>10201</FORD2> <reportyear>2023</reportyear> <num_of_auth>4</num_of_auth> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0331119</permalink> <confidential>S</confidential> <unknown tag="mrcbC86"> 3+4 Article Computer Science Interdisciplinary Applications </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbC91"> A </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-e">COMPUTERSCIENCE.INTERDISCIPLINARYAPPLICATIONS</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-f">0.1</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-g">0.1</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-h">5.5</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-i">0.0001</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-j">0.023</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-k">112</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-5">0.100</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-6">73</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-M">0.03</unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbT16-N">Q4</unknown> <arlyear>2022</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU14"> SCOPUS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU24"> PUBMED </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 000786831600025 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0290490 ERCIM News 0926-4981 1564-0094 Roč. 129 April 2022 43 44 European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
