It happens very often (in applications) that these problems have to be solved on the data base. Point estimates of an optimal value and estimates of an optimal solutionset can be obtained by this approach. A consistency, a rate of convergence and normal properties, of these estimates, have been discussed (many times) not only under assumptions of independent data corresponding to the distributions with light tails, but also for weak dependent data and the distributions with heavy tails. However, it is also possible to estimate (on the data base) a confidence intervals and bounds for the optimal value and the optimal solutions. To analyze this approach we focus on a special case of static problems depending nonlineary on the probability measure. Stability results based on the Wasserstein metric and the Valander approach will be employed for the above mentioned analysis.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0464093</ARLID> <name>MME 2023: Mathematical Methods in Economics /41./</name> <dates>20230913</dates> <place>Prague</place> <country>CZ</country> <unknown tag="mrcbC20-s">20230915</unknown> <url>mme2023.vse.cz</url> </action> <RIV>AH</RIV> <FORD0>50000</FORD0> <FORD1>50200</FORD1> <FORD2>50201</FORD2> <reportyear>2024</reportyear> <presentation_type> PR </presentation_type> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>https://hdl.handle.net/11104/0351623</permalink> <confidential>S</confidential> <arlyear>2023</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU02"> C </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU12"> 978-80-11-04132-8 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0583562 Proceedings of the 41st International Conference on Mathematical Methods in Econometrics The Czech Society of Operations Research 2023 Praha 192 197 978-80-11-04132-8 2788-3965 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU67"> Sekničková Jana 340 </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU67"> Holý Vladimír 340 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
