These methods have been evaluated in terms of accuracy, and computational efficiency and applied to different types of data sets, including both simulated and real MaaS data. The study aims to compare the efficiency of each method in classification tasks. The study leads to specific recommendations on which method to use under various circumstances, contributing to the decision-making process in data analysis projects. We have shown that random forests generally provide better accuracy and are resistant to over-training. Neural networks can achieve comparable performance under certain conditions, although at a high computational cost. Logistic regression shows limitations in dealing with complex data structures.
<action target="WRD"> <ARLID>cav_un_auth*0468931</ARLID> <name>Smart City Symposium Prague 2024 (SCSP 2024)</name> <dates>20240523</dates> <unknown tag="mrcbC20-s">20240524</unknown> <place>Prague</place> <country>CZ</country> </action> <RIV>BB</RIV> <FORD0>10000</FORD0> <FORD1>10100</FORD1> <FORD2>10103</FORD2> <reportyear>2025</reportyear> <num_of_auth>3</num_of_auth> <presentation_type> PR </presentation_type> <inst_support> RVO:67985556 </inst_support> <permalink>https://hdl.handle.net/11104/0354390</permalink> <unknown tag="mrcbC61"> 1 </unknown> <confidential>S</confidential> <arlyear>2024</arlyear> <unknown tag="mrcbU14"> 85197315663 SCOPUS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU24"> PUBMED </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU34"> 001258546700014 WOS </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU56"> pdf </unknown> <unknown tag="mrcbU63"> cav_un_epca*0587092 2024 Smart City Symposium Prague (SCSP) IEEE 2024 Danvers 979-8-3503-6096-7 2831-5618 2691-3666 </unknown> </cas_special> </bibitem>
