Secondary upper limb lymphedema can be successfully treated only when it is diagnosed in its early stage. Use of lymphoscintigraphically supported staging is inhibited by a slow lymphatic dynamics of upper limbs, which allows a routine collection at most three images reflecting it. The proposed staging methodology relies on a simplified accumulation model to get quantitative lymphoscintigraphy and uses normal probabilistic mixtures for a computerized disease that exploits all available information. |

Druhotný lymfedém horních končetin může být úspěšně léčen jen je=li diagnostikován jeho počátečním stádiu. Odhad stádia založený pouze na lymfoscintigrafickém vyšetření je mimořádně obtížný, neboť pomalá dynamika lymfatického systému paží umožňuje rutinně získávat nejvýše tři relevantní obrazy. Navržený postup odhadu stádia používá pro kvantitativní vyhodnocení lymfoscintigrafických obrazů jednoduchý model a používá normální směsi k tomu, aby jeho characteristiky kombinoval s další dostupnou diagnostickou informací pro spolehlivější odhad stádia choroby. |
