Four monoepitopic MAPs (MAP A, B, C and E) and bis-diepitopic MAP B-E were examined in C57BL/6 mice. Peptide B in the form of MAP B or bis-diepitopic MAP B-E elicited immune responses in C57BL/6 mice that were associated with significant decrease in worm burden. Čtyřnásobné antigenní peptidy nesoucí jeden typ antigenní determinanty (MAP A, B, C and E) a jeden nesoucí dvě různé antigenní determinanty (MAP B-E) byly studovány v C57BL/6 myších. Peptid B ve formě MAP B a MAP B-E vyvolával imunitní odpověď u C57BL/6 myší, která byla spojena s vyznamným snížením červí populace.
