Tuberculosis and other mycobacteriosis are serious illnesses which control is based on early diagnosis. Image-processing techniques provide a tool for improving the manual screening of tuberculosis samples. A new autofocus algorithm and a new bacilli detection technique is presented with the aim to attain a high specificity rate and reduce the time consumed to analyze sputum samples. The technique is based on the combined use of invariant shape features together with a simple thresholding. |

Šírení tuberkulózy je kontrolováno diagnózou v raném stádiu. Metody zpracování obrazu poskytují nástroje na zefektivnění manuálního snímkovaná tuberkulózních vzorků. Je uveden nový způsob identifikace snímku s maximálním zaostřením a následné detekce vlastních bakterií. Matoda je založena na kombinaci tvarových příznaků s prahováním |
