From a single observation of the germ-grain model only the grains lying completely in the sampling window are considered. Horvitz-Thompson type estimator of the distribution function of the vector of the parameters describing basic properties of the grains is introduced. Weak convergence of the corresponding multivariate empirical process is proved. |
