Self assembled InAs quantum dots embedded in GaAs/GaAlAs heterostructure were visualized by ballistic electron emission microscopy. The spectroscopic characteristics on individual quantum dots with length from about 10 nm to 20 nm were examined. The Coulomb interaction and exchange energies between two electrons in quantum dots were determined and compared with the previously published theoretical results. |

Pomocí balistické elektronové emisní mikroskopie byly vizualizovány samouspořádané InAs kvantové tečky v GaAs/AlGaAs heterostruktuře. Na jednotlivých kvantových tečkách s délkou od 10 nm do 20 nm byly analyzovány jejich spektroskopické charakteristiky. Z výsledků měření byla určena Coulombická a výměnná energie mezi dvěma elektrony a porovnána s dříve publikovanými teoretickými výsledky. |
