For reliable pre-elections estimates of seat distribution one has to estimate as precisely as possible the electoral results in individual electoral districts. Such estimates are normally based on pre-election surveys in individual districts. Alternative method and software for pre-election estimates of the electoral results, that combines results of nation-wide representative surveys and the information about the spatial distribution of party support from the past election, was developed. |

Pro spolehlivé předvolební odhady rozdělení mandátů je třeba co nejpodrobněji odhadnout volební výsledky v jednotlivých volebních obvodech. Takové odhady bývají normálně založeny na předvolebních výzkumech provedených v jednotlivých volebních obvodech. Software využívá alternativní metodu odhadu volebních výsledků ve volebních obvodech založenou na výsledcích celostátních reprezentativních výzkumů předvolebních preferencí a výsledcích předchozích voleb. Software využívá unikátní statistickou metodu vyvinutou pro tento typ úloh. |
