V článku sú uvedené niektoré príklady použitia programov na číslicové spracovanie obrazov, ktoré sú voľne dostupné cez internet (ImageTool, NIH Image). Popísané sú tiež programové moduly kompatibilné s prostredím ImageTool, ktoré boli vytvorené na pracoviskách autorov. Slúžia napr. na analýzu elektroforetických gélov, interaktívnu segmentáciu obrazov a trojrozmernú rekonštrukciu a vizualizáciu objektov v biomedicíne. |

This contribution deals with programs for digital image processing as ImageTool and NIH Image. These programs are freeware they can be downloaded from the internet. In this contribution are described plug-in modules for ImageTool program, too. These modules were developed in departments of authors. They may be used in biomedicine for analysis of electrophoresis gel images, interactive image segmentation, visualization and reconstruction objects in 3D environment. |
