abstract
(eng) |
Different bacteria segmentation techniques of tuberculosis images are presented. Segmentation based on chromatic information uses separate chromatic histograms or a simple color filtering account. Another method extracts image signatures by projecting logarithmic-polar mappings onto 1D vectors. An achromatic segmentation method is also presented based on gray-level morphological operators. Comparission of different autofocusing algorithms is also given. |
