abstract (eng) The model of time course of thyroid activity after administration of radioactive iodine 131I is identified. In logarithm, it is a linear regression model with normal noise and 3 unknown regression coefficients. The stress is put on prior information with respect to a low amount of data available. The form of prior information is (i) domain restriction of the coefficients, and (ii) prior statistics reflecting the model behaviour and noise. Prior information improves predictions and decreases uncertainty.
abstract (cze) Je identifikován model časového průběhu aktivity ve štítné žláze po podání radioaktivního jódu 131I. V logaritmu se jedná o lineární regresní model s normálním šumem a třemi neznámými regresními koeficienty. Vzhledem k malému množství dostupných dat je kladen důraz na apriorní informaci vyjádřenou (i) omezením definičního oboru koeficientů a (ii) apriorními statistikami vystihujícími chování a šum modelu. Apriorní informace zlepšuje predikci a snižuje neurčitost.
