abstract (eng) A Luenberger-like observer for nonlinear systems with quantized measurements is proposed. The observer design is based on the solution of a certain partial differential equation that is solved numerically. Then, stability of this observer is proved even in presence of quantized measurements and delayed measurements. The results are illustrated by an example.
