This is an application programming interface (API) responsible for translation of the source signal plan into format understood by Sitraffic/Motion (decomposing the phase lengths into signal group activation signals) and writing the data into MS SQL interface used by the control system. This API also reads measurements from detectors in the controlled urban network into your application.
