Description:
The field of artificial life is dependent upon the paradigm contained in biologically-inspired robotics. This paradigm can be divided into two functional components: mimic modeled in form and behavior modeled in object stimuli-response. This seminar will offer and introduction to the discipline of artificial life, discuss what types of tools are involved, and offer models for example and consideration.
