Anotation:
The paper deals with the estimation problems in the lowest data fusion level. The goal of the estimation within this level is a state estimate of a stochastic dynamic system using different measurement data sets. In this paper, the stress is laid on the Millman’s formula which usage represents an underlying principle in various fusion and estimation problems, particulary in the smoothing and filtering problems.
